Curriculum

The eArchiving Initiative has developed a master’s level curriculum that aims to equip students to work as eArchivists/digital preservation specialists in the public or private sectors. The intention is to provide students with the opportunity to critically engage with the technology and techniques at the forefront of eArchiving with particular emphasis placed on the individual’s ability to define, implement, evaluate and reflect on subject-related issues. Technological expertise and critical interrogation within their subject areas will combine to locate successful graduates at the forefront of contemporary eArchiving practice.
