The eighth training webinar of the eArchiving Initiative series provides an overview of the specifications for E-ARK information packages and examines in detail the requirements which are the backbone of the eArchiving validation framework.
The webinar explores how the technical interpretation of requirements relates to the validation process and how the framework translates requirements into actionable, code-based validations. Participants also get insights into the test corpus, which is used to test requirements against concrete information package examples using technical interpretations of the requirements. Finally, the webinar gives an overview of the validators which are currently available to use or integrate with your archival solution.
