This is the final version of the specification of the E-ARK Dissemination Information Package (DIP) formats. The secondary aim is to describe the access scenarios in which these DIP formatswill be rendered for use. This document is a revision of the deliverable D5.3 E-ARK DIP Pilot Specification, which was published in May 2016.

Throughout the life of our project, the E-ARK team has engaged in a wide range of activities to inform the many different groups with a potential interest in our work about what we have been doing. 

We been represented at many conferences and events as well as well as organising our own. We have maintained a substantial presence on Social Media.

BUT these are all inputs. Now the project is coming to an end, to what extent has all work achieved our goals of motivating individuals, and through them the organisations they work for, to be more aware of the issues E-ARK aaddresses and the tools and services we have provided.

This report analyses both our inputs and the results of our recent survey on long-term impacts.

This report is the final summary of the activities and outcomes of the Pilots which were conducted by the E-ARK Project.

The E-ARK Project focuses on harmonizing currently fragmented solutions that support Archives services, especially in regard to Ingest, Archival Preservation and Dissemination of information.
